Not true. God makes them, and Christian leaders find them and help them realize who they have been called to be. Of course, even if a leader doesn't find them, that doesn't change their calling and God's will for their future, both short term and long term. It's a lot more complex than recruitment and training, which is good. If it were that simple, then we'd have to rely 100% on our own strength to equip 5 campuses with I'm guessing over 1,000 competent/skilled volunteers to serve countless man hours per week. Thank God we have help from above.

I think the point beyond calvinism vs. arminianism discussions is that if you're a Paul, you better have a Timothy as opposed to going to churchstaffing.com for your exclusive route to raising up leaders.

Z$, meet Travis Johnson. The two of you really should get together sometime...

side note, have you ever met ANYONE that was hired off of ChurchStaffing.com?
